二、舉報人應(yīng)對所舉報的問題真實性負責(zé)。對借舉報故意捏造事實、誣告陷害他人的或者以舉報為名制造事端，干擾紀檢監(jiān)察機關(guān)正常工作的，依照有關(guān)規(guī)定嚴肅處理，構(gòu)成犯罪的，移送司法機關(guān)依法處理。

三、紀檢監(jiān)察機關(guān)提倡署名舉報，特別鼓勵署真實姓名和準確聯(lián)系方式的實名舉報。對認定為實名舉報的，優(yōu)先辦理，及時回復(fù)。
